10-Day Clutter Free Challenge

Did you know that clutter can hold you back?

Clutter, in any form, lends itself to chaos. It creates feelings of anxiety and depression. Its sheer existence overwhelms us. Clutter in our lives drives us to being procrastinators.

The act of arranging or organizing clutter does little to release us, since the clutter still exists. We must take action to

  1. create space to allow for abundance, 
  2. release our attachment to items that are not serving us any longer, and 
  3. release space to allow us to breath and grow.

Allow abundance, order and energy in your life.

Grab some garbage bags, shopping bags or boxes and separate them into the following: 

  • Donate/Give away
  • Sell
  • Trash
  • Recycle

Start filling these receptacles with items as you run across them over the next 10 days with the intention of disposing of them on the 11th day. And as you do, you will feel a new energy in your home. You will be able to take a deep breath. You will feel calmer, happier, and lighter.
